The protesters turned wild, looking for Lady Democracy, not lknowing that Lady Democra is not a maid to serve them, but she is ruler with written laws and regulations which cannot be broken, or not even bend. Many times she is harsher than king’s orders, because people want her to please all people all the time and that ain’t happening.

Here comes Anarchy, “To the victors belong the spoils.” The opposition forces are not only occupied with the task of stopping Gadhafi’s forces, but opposition forces are also fighting among themselves as to who will run the show When Jesus apostils heard that Jesus was about to be arrested they had a meeting which turned into a dispute. The purpose of the meeting was to determine who would take his place and lead the pack. In the midst of their dispute Jesus appeared at the door and said “He wishes to lead must be the first to follow.” In the US army one will see the sign displayed in the hall way of the Army barracks “Education will teach men to be good followers and easily to be trained to be good leaders.” Most of Libya’s opposition have never heard of Jesus and have never been in the American army to learn to follow. Don’t get me wrong there must be some educated and smart men, but there very few and far apart and blinded with their selfishness. That goes to show you one or two Blue J-birds ain’t gonna bring the spring” There is confusion and disorganization among the rebels over who would the operation, never mind the country. There are several men and women of the opposition, who come from different countries politics and beliefs and are looking for piece of Libya. As long as the US, Great Britain and other European countries belonging to NATO are on the scene these vultures cannot make a move. Some of those members belonging to the opposition team come from different countries imserted in their head by specialists as the one who brain wash the suicidal young men an women to kill themselves, carry signs KILL THE BASTARDS: meaning the Americans, telling their ignorant followers; these groups of men belong to the Brotherhood of Islam. Don’t misunderstand my writings, not all the men from the Brotherhood of Islam are against the interference of the United States of America armed forces. In the Brotherhood of Islam is a deep division between the younger generation of the Muslims and the older generation. The younger generation is ready to join Democracy and part of the western culture. Turkey has done it successfully and has been benefitted socially and economically, on the other hand the ideas of the older Muslims are being practiced in Iran and the country is going down fast. The world is looking upon the Brothers of Islam with an unkind eye. The world sees that some of Brotherhood of Islam are saying one thing and are doing the opposite. They claim that that are against corruption and violence, in the time they kill themselves with the use of suicide terrorists. The elders have not been able to separate politics from God and they are guided by Jihad. They complain that the world does not trust them. The question before the house is; are those who will take over Libya will be any better than Qadhali? Nobody is sure. But we are all sure that if Qadhafi goes alive, he will plant himself elsewhere and come back holding a bomb, an atomic bomb. I personally know of more that a dozen country leaders who will receive him with open arms. The answer to the big question that we better get rid of him and most of his close and trusted friends and followers and prepare ourselves for the worse. Rest assured, the people with him, who know the making of mass destruction weapons have already been contacted by the boys who are looking to destroy the world seeing the downfall of the regime. There is an old Greek saying “From a bad squash plant, even the seeds should be burned” Know something else. the book that they walk around with, is similar to the Christian Bible. They misread it as the Christians misread their bible. The world doesn’t know or don’t wish to know that at the early stages of Christianity there was a vast of violence among themselves and other religious. Although they claimed to be Christians, they had different beliefs and criticized the bible explanation and the beliefs of the others. That is what is taken place among the Muslims now. There is hope that someday The Muslims will accept the other Muslim’s beliefs as the Christians did. In the Christian religion we have several Dogmas; The Baptists have come to accept the Lutherans and so on and so forth. Look what has happened in Ireland between the Catholics and the Protestants. They were disagreeing among themselves but England became their main foe. The Muslims have their religious differences among themselves, but America has become their main enemy. They run around and yell that America has no business in the Arab countries that is the older generation claim. The Spaniards have a saying “When the Devil ran out of bad things to do he started fighting with his tail” Let me take a little time to enlighten the Bothers of Islam who have a big mouth calling Death to America. In the year of 1939 an organization by the name of League of Nations started. Its purpose was to prevent wars between nations, but it did a very poor job and allowed the WWII to start. Franklin D Roosevelt abolished the League of Nations and started The United Nations The United Nations (UN) is an international organization whose stated aims are facilitating cooperation in international, economic, social progress, human rights, and achievement of world peace. The UN was founded in 1945 after WWII to replace the League of Nations, for doing a bad job by not being able to stop wars between countries, and to provide a platform for dialogue There are currently 192 member states, including every sovereign state in the world but the Vatican City All the members have taken an oath to fulfill the UN”s mission. From its offices around the world, the UN and its specialized agencies decide on substantive and administrative issues in regular meetings held throughout the year. The organization has six principal organs: t At times, it seems that the United Nations group is not doing such a great job and according to my opinion there are too many poor and too many weak people are being abused by their selfish and heartless leaders and United Nations cannot be everywhere at all times. . All of the 192 United Nations members have taken an oath to follow the mission of The United Nations. America is one of strongest of these nations and it’s made of people who have come from all over the world and that is why America is the first and most effective in the very first line of fire Therefore I come to realize that, America’s mission is not to conquer more space it is to correct some of the wrong. It is not logical for me to shout and say that everything America has done was Good and Correct. Bear in mind that America is politically run country where everybody has the right to vote, but, according to what I believe, everybody should not have the right to vote without knowing what they are voting for. And at times our political leaders, wishing to be reelected are going according to what most of the voters want and there is when the big mistakes occur, particularly when some of the NATO members, who are political appointees from their country and the only ability they have is to double park in Manhattan are trying to tell the nations what to do. If you have the patience and the sense of curiosity to read this article, you know from other readings you must have done, what and who made the mistakes. But America is beautiful and most of the people do not get involved with politics as long as they have bread and shelter. Since NATO and American army forces intervened some improvement have taken place. There is evidents today that some of those killings are performed by the opposition forces to attract on their side some of Qadhafi’s people. NATO knows that, America knows that, England and France know it, but they all think that once Qadhafi is out they can clean up the country. They thought of the same thing in Iraq, but it didn’t happen. Please, stop dreaming, it will turn into a nightmare On the side of the coin somebody will see that democracy is not what is cracked to be, that can turn into a nightmare, too.

International control commission (ICC) formally called the International Commission for Supervision and Control in Vietnam (ICSC), was an international force established in 1954 that oversaw the implementations of the Geneva Accords that ended the first Indochina war the force was made up with troops and officers from Canada, Poland and India. That force was to be neutral but some Canadian members facilitated USA with the bombing of North Vietnam. A number of them were caught and a number of them paid with their lives.
With the signing of the Paris Peace Accords which marked the end of the Vietnam War, it also marked the end ICC and was replaced with International Commission of Control and
Supervision. (ICCS). In other words it’s not John anymore, it’s Johnny.

Now the ICC has come to the aid of the Libyan protesters and has issued warrens for Qadhafi’s arrest and some of his close followers. According to what I understand, listening to some experts of experience and logic, that warren for his arrest and 50 cents will buy you a half a dollar soda, because the ICC has no jurisdiction in domestic matters. The only damage he can suffer is if some of his most trusted friends and followers get scared and defect to ICC authorities, being promised immunity to testify against their boss. That is American prosecutor’s game. There are many cases where the guilty party was given immunity or lighter sentence for testifying against the others while the less guilty parties suffered the consequences and the prosecutors have the nerve to call it Justice. At this point nobody knows if he is guilty of human rights violations. The members of the media are publishing what they are being told by some of the protestors, that he has committed crimes against humanity, what protesters? The natives or the foreigners, who have come from other countries and are members of Brotherhood of Islam. I live in Thailand for the time being. The town I live in is a resort town filled with tourists
including a great number of Iranians and Egyptian. The Iranians are telling the same story as the Egyptians; they are declaring that the Hardliner Muslims have a lot to do with the uprising. Egypt was an important target for the Muslims to take, because the president Hosni Mubarak was not only a friend of the Jews, but he also despised the Brothers of Islam an kept them out of politics. In fact the last bunch of them who wanted to run against him, he jailed. According to what I have gathered from talking to these Egyptian and Iranian tourists, I report. The foreign protestors were able to convince the native Egyptians to bring the regime down because the president was a friend of the Jews. Most people don’t like the Jews because of Palestine but they don’t wish to break relations with Jews, they simply don’t want war in that region: they want peace. The people I was speaking to were very reluctant speaking with me, even though they like Americans, with exception of George Bush Dick Cheney and Rumsfeld. Most of the ones that I was able to speak to are educated but it took me a lot of good mornings and good nights before they spoke with me. They are scared even here and they travel around the city in teams of six to eight.
One will not go into a room with a woman unless two or three are standing guard outside the door. They are constantly in the lookout for spies. They told me that Journalists who are working in the countries of trouble will not write the truth, because they are in fear for their lives. They told me that what we read is part of the truth. They told me very reluctantly that not all the killings of civilians in Libya, in Syria and other countries are committed by the regimes.
This article was meant to tell my readers something about the ICC and the difficulty it will have to convict Qadhafi. Qadhafi is defending the country he is running. In1970 when Americans did not approve Nixon going into Cambodia after he promised a withdrawing of troops from Vietnam. America set up demonstrations against his involvement in Cambodia. Kent State in Ohio was one of the places of demonstration, the national guardsmen were called in and they fired 67 rounds in 13 seconds of live ammo killing six students: three of them were pedestrians. Was that a peaceful demonstration, Let it be known that students were unarmed. Try to think, now what would have happened if a wave of Al-Qaida and the likes of the Brotherhood of Islam would have marched alongside the students with guns in their hands. Was Nixon convicted of that crime? No, not Nixon nor the Governor. The Newark riots in July of 1967 took 65 lives of black people. Was anybody convicted? No! You see the head of the country has the duty to defend the land he is stepping on. Isn’t what Qadhafi doing now? Al Khalifa regime, in Bahrain, Bashar Al-Assad in Syria, Ali Abdullah Saleh, president of Yemen and a strong partner of USA on the war against Al-Qaida. They are all defending their country. It is a well known fact that thousands of protestors marched from Tunisia into Yemen, to help the Yemen citizens to demonstrate against high food prices.

I am not going to stand up here in front of you and say that Al Khalifa, from Bahrain, Bashar Al-Assad from Syria, Ali Abdullah Salem from Yemen are men of fair mind, they are not, but having ICC after them it’s not a fair answer.
Let us be fair minded. Let us do what Kipling suggested: “If everybody around you loses his head and you keep yours, then you are a man, my son. ”
ICC should learn to keep away from being an American prosecutor, walking around with a rope in his hand ready to hang anybody who steps out of line even stealing a pizza. A man in California got life sentence for stealing a pizza. The governor put into effect the law, “Three strikes you’re out” The law states that anybody who is found guilty of three offenses goes in for life. America is holding the world’s record in prison population. It has the highest population of prisoners per capita than any other country. Distant second is Venezuela.
