THE BANK INCIDENT

It wasn’t the Think Positive that gave him energy, it was the word “Think” that pushed him ahead and he then acquired hope. Even though the last thou8ght we lose is hope but it’s also the last we depend on. Like the poem goes: you’ve got to have hope, miles and miles of hope. It is a well known fact that hope comes from thinking. That’s when the word “positive” comes to light He began to think and look for ways to raise the money to bring his family back in order. Thinking he can do it, Joe, the man of the story, felt like a hero and he began to behave like one and not as someone who was beaten. He began to think that a man can be beaten but not destroyed. He hurriedly picked up a piece of paper and began to write. It was a very short that he had written, He put it in his pocket and with the heart of a lion walked into a bank stood before the teller and handed her the note and stood back and waited as if he were waiting for his change back. The young female bank teller looked at the note, not knowing what to do for was accustomed to receiving money and checks and other negotiable documents, she call the head teller for help. The head bank teller who was only one step above a programmed robot rang the secret hold up bell which was connected to the police and in less than three minutes the police stormed in, grabbed the guy, put on the floor and hand cuffed him. The man kept on screaming, wanting to know what he had done. He kept on telling them as he was being pushed around by the police to show him their strength in body and soul. Everything he was saying was falling on deaf ears, except one dressed up gentleman, evidently bank costumer, picked up something from the whole scenario approached the police leader and identified himself as the municipal judge. The police stood back and gave him the note the man had written, that the police never took the time to read it. The good judge, reading the short note, smiled sarcastically at the police leader and asked, “Have you read the note, officer?” “No, sir, I can’t say that I did. I only heard the bank teller saying on the phone that she was handed a note from somebody demanding $1,700.”

 

“Officer, the man was right when he screamed that was promissory note hoping to be honored by the bank and if any of the employees saw fit to co singed for him to get the money he needed. The man has written down his address and the place he was working and was laid off, but he is about to be called back Al these things can be checked out in a moment’s effort. His note is written for a purpose and with a thought. He covered all the loose ends, but you officer acted with a purpose but no thought. They say, one good deed deserves another and there is also true for one bad deed to deserve another” the bank manager, having heard the judge’s statement, rushed to the scene and offer to honor the promissory note without any hesitation. He really apologized to everyone for the way things went out of control. He placed the blame on everybody for acting without thinking. Therefore, what we have learned is that we should think before we act, taking the negative and the positive sides of the anticipated act. Please understand that reconstructing something is a lot harder than constructing it. Every minute of the day we are constructing something.  The other that we should remember is that our life and wellbeing is also depending on other people’s actions and reactions

Now I have come to the point to advise you that you must choose the people that you want to deal or associate with. Remember not to ever underestimate yourself. Ralph Waldo Emerson said “A man is what he thinks he is all day long” Aristotle said, “If you wish to succeed in life copy the deeds and sayings and thoughts of one who is successful.”

Keep away from people with negative thoughts and whose thoughts don’t match yours. I do believe that people who live in misery, don’t wish to live there but they either do not know how to go about it, or they are too lazy and scared to move away from the life style, because they have grown accustomed to it.

I don’t know what you want out of life; but I know that you think you need to be motivated to progress. Is it self motivation? It may be called “Self motivation” but it doesn’t come from only you. It comes from others; friends relatives even strangers. Self motivation, self esteem, self help and self improvement are related. Self motivation comes up first which results into self esteem then to self help and then results are self improvement, There is a number of ways to play this game which is really the game of self improvement. Clicking onto my web site seeking to know something of self motivation is a motivation in itself. It’s like you being hungry and of course you need to eat and the food is self esteem, self help and self improvement. Through my teaching, you will find the process of accomplishing what you are after. I, as a public speaker, was motivated by my audience. I made a living talking with my mouth and listening with my eyes and ears. I had never written my speeches because I didn’t know what the audience is like. Of course I had a plot to tell but anything can be told in several different ways. This is one of the reasons my writing resemble speeches. I have said a little earlier that the self motivation comes from the people. You must invite and induce the people to pass onto you good vibes without them knowing it. Everybody has some physical and mental capabilities to pass on to the people. You must find out what your abilities are and then you must flaunt them like a lady with beautiful breasts she is showing off. Actors are known to have taken of little significance an d making it a highlight in their profession. Marlon Brando, mumbled almost musically, Kirk Douglas sounded crying in a scene of excitement, Clint Eastwood was chewing a cigar and acting calm. A big part in your process of self improvement is you performance and behavior. A man’s behavior is his true image.

Please understand that there are hundreds, or even thousands of individuals out there who are occupying themselves with the human function, behavior and performers. Those are researchers in that field. They are not writers, they are not singers or dancers they are just researchers. We the writers take the information, process it in our minds and write for people to read and learn. Therefore, whatever I teach is based on the researchers’ finding in their pursue to understand the human mind. nI am really a  messenger of the facts of life and the style the message is delivered rates the writers.
