In pursuing to become better person, and live a life that is worth living you must always remember that “The moment you stop trying to be better you are no longer good”. You must choose and take and try different paths, until you find the one that you see the light at the end of the tunnel, because it is common knowledge sometimes those paths lead us nowhere. Learn that any person’s decision is based on two factors; factor one is by reasoning and fact number two is by intuition. Decision that are made by reasoning are not always accurate because the information we have which comes from different sources including, reading, hearing and seeing, is not always correct. Decision by intuition or commonly known as a gut feeling is more accurate. Historically scholars have refused to accept that until very recently. Some scholars from some well known and accepted universities have opened up to verify the fact that decision made by people from intuition tend to be more accurate and they went ahead to state those people who make decision by intuition have a stronger belief in God’s existence. These scholars come very close in saying that people who make decision based on intuition are enlightened by some power bigger than what we see, and in my opinion these experts come across as if to accept the existence of God. This, to my best knowledge, was never mentioned in that way before. They connected in some ways the gamers and the human mind. It has recently been published that we are very close in discovering cure for HIV and that came from the gamers connecting with the touch of the human mind. I am not going to take any time to explain the gamers’ function, but they claim that the computer can only go so far and then the touch of the human mind has to complete and that is why the research for the cure has got started. Their report which was guided by mind experts, for lack of better word, mentioned the word intuition but they never tempted to connect God’s existence with that type of intuition. Firstly as most of you know that science has not accepted the existence of God and the experts are not going to comment on these recent findings. I am a novelist and I believe that novelists are great informants of facts, although sometimes exaggerated. There can be a Mexican Stand Off between me and science if I say that I do accept the existence of God, but I do accept the fact that not everybody has the ability to make decisions on intuition and the saying “Woman’s Intuition” is false because women do not have more ability to use intuition than men.
Intuition is commonly discussed in writings of spiritual thought. Contextually, there is often an idea of a transcendent and more qualitative mind of one’s spirit towards which a person strives, or towards which consciousness evolves, is the ability to acquire knowledge without inference or the use of reason.”The word ‘intuition’ comes from the Latin word ‘intueri’, which is often roughly translated as meaning ‘to look inside’’ or ‘to contemplate’.”Intuition provides us with beliefs that we cannot necessarily justify. For this reason, it has been the subject of study in psychology, as well as a topic of interest in the supernatural. I personally don’t like the use of supernatural because we do not know the power of nature. The experts claim that the “right brain” is popularly associated with intuitive processes such as aesthetic abilities. Some scientists have contended that intuition is associated with innovation in scientific discovery. In more-recent psychology, intuition can encompass the ability to know valid solutions to problems and decision making. For example, the recognition primed decision model explains how people can make relatively fast decisions without having to compare options. Gary Klein, a research psychologist famous for pioneering in the field of naturalistic decision making, has found that under time pressure, high stakes, and changing parameters, experts used their base of experience to identify similar situations and intuitively choose feasible solutions. Thus, the model is a blend of intuition and analysis. The intuition is the pattern-matching process that quickly suggests feasible courses of action. The analysis is the mental simulation, a conscious and deliberate review of the courses of action.
Abella Arthur has written that “Intuition is a combination of historical (empirical) data, deep and heightened observation and an ability to cut through the thickness of surface reality. Intuition is like a slow motion machine that captures data instantaneously and hits you like a ton of bricks. Intuition is a knowing, a sensing that is beyond the conscious understanding — a gut feeling. Dr. Jason Gallate and Mrs. Shannan Keen have stated that “INTUITION may be defined as understanding or knowing without conscious recourse to thought, observation or reason. Some see this unmediated process as somehow mystical while others describe intuition as being a response to unconscious cues or implicitly apprehended prior learning.”
According to the renowned neuropsychologist and neurobiologist Roger Wolcott Sperry though, intuition is a right-brain activity while factual and mathematical analysis is a left-brain activity. I will add at this point that intuition is filled with true emotion.
The reliability of one’s intuition depends greatly on past knowledge and occurrences in a specific area. A good example is that humans with an intuition teamed up with “Gamers” and found a way for the research of the drug for HIV. Intuition is also a common subject of New Age writings. I personally use intuition, to rephrase my statement, while I am writing a thought comes in my mind in the form of intuition and I put it down to enhance the meaning of the subject. Typically, intuition is regarded as a conscious commonality between earthly knowledge and the higher spiritual knowledge and appears as flashes of illumination. It is asserted that by definition intuition cannot be judged by logical reasoning. I must make it clear that nothing appears as flashes of illumination before my eyes, I hear no voices, but I just place myself in the scene and make observation which I write about.
To put a more light on what I am saying I shall put down part of the conversation between two friends, which came out of one my short stories “Father and Son” “My God, I felt sorry, seeing you all your life you loving that man as if you were his son, not being sure he was your father, but you followed your intuition that he was your father and it turned out to be at the end; he was your real father.
At this point I have an intuition that somebody out there, reading my article is saying “What the hell does intuition have to do with me learning to better myself which in essence is to restructure one’s life?” I have stated before that we, in the process of trying to better ourselves, tend to make the wrong decision and find to be a waste of time with no favorable results. Many times some, while reading about the simple mentioning the Existence of God, tend to turn the page and go elsewhere for learning or entertaining themselves. I personally have accepted the Existence of God by analyzing nature I find that everything is God’s will. I am not a preacher, my article is not a religious article, and it is an article about life. Life is a not a simple matter, it is very complicated and is tied to Theology.
Philologists, neurologists scientists and many other specialists who are occupying themselves with the enigma of life, striving to find answers, using tools and techniques available to them, report their results and I and other writers take them, simplifying them and present them to our readers. I personally have tried to simplify life by philosophizing their thoughts and their findings to make it easy for simple people to understand. Every step in life as one climbs, becomes a platform. I, speaking about scientific acceptance and theories, I am speaking about the first step which is one of the most important and the least understood the Spiritual Step. All of the above writings were preparatory for the reader to understand the spiritual platform. I am not speaking about one believing or not believing in God’s existence, it is to find it rather than creating it. I have trained myself to connect or disconnect everything I see, hear or touch.
The American philosopher, Ralf Waldo Emerson, who worked with many other philosophers of his time, said that “A man is what he thinks he is all day long” This saying of wisdom ran over some people’s head like water over s duck’s ass, but in reality a whole useful life can be built on it. At the beginning of my life’s searching to find a path to a career, I became involved selling life insurance to executives and high ranking men of commerce. Here I was average height and weight an immigrant to top it all, a Greek, with a thought in my head that everybody would be thinking that I should have been a cook in a Greek diner. Those were my thoughts having to face the giants. The American culture has been teaching us to believe that “All men are created.” Then I asked myself; if all men are created equal why do we have so many kinds of men? The answer I thought was that although it may be true that all men are created equal some have recreated themselves. I began my recreation by starting with my thoughts about myself. Thus I went on to recreate myself to be a match of those sitting giants that I had to face and try to tell them a part of running their lives, I began to recreate myself by thinking and imagining myself differently. I began to tell myself that I was young, handsome, smart and rich because I was about to make a lot of money. Here comes the new me: young, handsome, smart and rich. That combination of thoughts stayed with me all day long until I believed what I was thinking and my attitude change for the best. My life was all around the image that I had created for myself and it worked, because looking back, I was successful in everything that I attempted to do. I had courage to go on; having in my mind the other Ralf Waldo Emerson theory “The universal law is not here to stop the strong from winning, only to prevent the weak from losing.” It is a sad fact that most people, even though they say they believe in God’s existence, have doubts. I don’t believe God cares if you believe in his existence or not, but I believe if you believe in God, you tend to be a better person for yourself and others, unless you become fanatic and you want everybody to believe in what you believe. Scholars have just accepted that the people who make decisions using intuition are more accurate than others and the scholars believe that these people have stronger belief in God’s existence. This phenomenon is about to be classified as a new scientific discovery.
To live a life that is worth living and you are desirous of restructuring your life, you must have the following requirements: You must be spiritually strong, physically fit, mentally alert and knowledgeable and socially accepted. Notice that I have never mentioned economically, because it is not a step to restructure yourself it’s the results of a good functioning for some people and it belongs in the same category as “Glory, “Social Recognition,” “Philanthropy” and many others. Spirituality doesn’t mean whether you believe in one God or several Gods. This step you will realize is the base of all the proceeding steps and many thoughts and saying are connected to it, but there are also many saying that people think that they are spiritual and are not.
Spirituality is a series of beliefs of the environment, its forces and the laws that govern, resulting into a person’s character and deeds. The Ten Commandments are probably the bases of Spirituality.

They include instructions to worship only God and prohibitions against idolatry, blasphemy, murder, adultery theft and many other rules,
The Ten Commandments appear twice in the Hebrew Bible, in the books of Exodus and Deuteronomy. According to the story in Exodus, God inscribed them on two stone tablets, which he gave to Moses on Mount Sinai. Modern scholarship has found likely influences in Hittite and Mesopotamian laws and treaties, but is divided over exactly when the Ten Commandments were written and who wrote them.
The Hindu faith tells clearly that if something written provides us with satisfying and comfortable feeling reading it, do no ask who wrote it, when it was written and why. The rest of the religious dogmas have not learned that yet.
