Arkansas, the place that gave birth to Bill Clinton, I figure it’s gotta be good so I began to read and review some of the silly laws Reaching the half way mark I began to believe that Bush and Cheney had something to do with them These laws have taken away a lot of freedom from the citizens including sex. There is no way in hell that Bill Clinton had anything to with the attempt of abolishing sex. I will give you some with my personal explanation and I know you will agree that George W. Bush and Dick Cheney or the likes of them had something to do with.
I realized the sex laws in Arkansas are against sex and more severe than any other state they even went ahead and changed the penalty for having oral sex to sodomy. Sodomy is so serious even in the eyes of God and he went and destroyed Sodom and Gomorra because of their sodomy desires and acts. I believe that these laws were written after Billy became the president. The motive is clear for these laws to have been written. Bill Clinton claimed that oral sex is not sex. No wander he would have gone to jail in his home state that is why, I think, he never visited Arkansas while he was president. He was smart enough to know that he couldn’t run the country from Jail. Come to think, it was Hillary who stopped him from visiting Arkansas. She could have lived with him, being adulterous but she couldn’t live with him not being the president. I am just toiling my brain to figure out if these laws against sex were written before or after the Monica Lewinsky affair. Do you want to hear something funny? The reason I write is to entertain myself like most artists do. So I write that which pleases me with the hope my readers will be pleased too. I am now laughing. I misspelled Monica’s last name and my computer picked it up and corrected it. I misspell Obama’s first and last name and the suggestions my computer gives are as it has never heard of Baraka Obama. That goes to show you that Monica was more popular than Obama is now.
Silly Laws from ARKANSAS
Adultery or Fornication under carnal knowledge (that is where the word FUCK comes from) or (living together while not married or having sex with someone that is not their spouse) results in a fine of $500 and/or 6 months in prison.
Response: The word Carnal throws me off. To give you an explanation, the word carnal is relating to somebody’s physical needs or physical appetites. Tell me, why should I be punished for satisfying my physical needs and feeding my appetites? God gave me that let God take it away.
The Arkansas River can rise no higher than to the Main Street Bridge in Little Rock.
Response: There is an old Greek saying: when the devil ran out of things to do, he started fighting with his tail. When the legislators ran out things to do, they started talking stupid and acting worse. Any law is to be obeyed by the citizens if it is not obeyed it simply means that is broken and the ones who break it are punished to stop others from breaking the law that is a punishment of prevention. Please somebody tell, if the river rises higher than the Main Street Bridge, who gets punished, the river or the bridge?
A law provides that school teachers who bob their hair will not get a raise.
Response: Could they have meant to say their derriere instead of hair?
A man can legally beat his wife, but not more than once a month.
Response: Could he beat her all day long to make up the loss of beatings the whole month?
Oral sex is considered to be sodomy.
Response. The men of Sodom and Gomorra went for the angels that God sent down to reform them. Sodomy is more serious than oral sex, therefore the penalty is steeper.
Honking one’s car horn at a sandwich shop after 9 PM is against the law.
Response In some towns in Arkansas they roll up the sidewalks by 6PM
Dogs may not bark after 6 PM.
Response: Legislators like these who take the time to write and pass such stupid laws are not playing with a full deck
